Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

This policy explains how Holdrix Pty Ltd (ABN 69 699 551 829), which runs Heyvie, collects, uses, stores and discloses the details you give us on heyvie.com.au. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Heyvie hasn't launched yet. Before the platform opens and handles ID, licences or payments, we'll update this policy.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the register form:

  • If you register as a provider: your name, phone number or email, the services you offer, the suburbs you cover, the best way to reach you and the language you prefer.
  • If you register to hire: your name, phone number or email, your suburb and what you would book first.
  • With either form: that you agreed to be contacted, the language of the page and the time you sent it.

The website doesn't ask for ID documents, licences or bank details. It doesn't set cookies or use analytics or advertising tools. Your browser keeps your language and light or dark choice on your own device; that isn't sent to us.

Two things happen automatically when a page opens. Our web hosting provider records basic access data (IP address, browser type and time) to keep the site secure. The typeface is loaded from an online font service, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to that service.

The form isn't connected yet

For now the register form runs in preview mode: nothing you type is sent or stored. Before we connect it, we'll update this policy if anything below changes.

Why we collect it

  • To contact you about joining Heyvie as a provider, in the way and language you chose.
  • To tell you when Heyvie opens in your area.
  • To plan where in Melbourne the pilot starts and which services are needed first.

We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for marketing. If you don't give us a way to contact you, we can't reply, but you can still read everything on the site without registering.

Who sees it

The Holdrix team in Melbourne reads your registration. We only share it with the service providers that run the website, our email and our records, and only so they can provide that service. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Where your details may go

Some of our service providers store data outside Australia:

  • Singapore: the server that hosts heyvie.com.au, and our email service.
  • United States: the font service, which receives the request your browser makes when a page opens.

Before we disclose personal information to a provider overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it handles that information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, for example through the provider's contract and data protection terms. If we add a provider in another country, we'll list it here before any of your details go to it.

How long we keep it

We keep registrations for two years, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you go on to use Heyvie, we keep the records Australian tax and company law require, and the platform's own policy will explain how.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email admin@heyvie.com.au and we'll reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your personal information, email admin@heyvie.com.au. We'll look into it and reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
